1) I can't see my photo.
Photos must be in either JPEG or GIFF format only, when uploading .

2) I can't log in to my account.
If we may make a few suggestions on trouble shooting :
Sometimes when you visit other websites the automatically download some tracking cookies into your computer that may inhibit you from accessing other websites or slow your computer's performance. If you try these few steps this would be beneficial to your computer and may remedy the problem you are experiencing:

    1) Go into you internet explorer browser
       A) Click on Tools on the top tab
       B) Then choose internet options
       C) You will see Delete Cookies, Delete Files, click on each of them to clear
       D) Restart your computer

    2) You may also want to do a virus scan to detect if you have any.

    3) You may also try accessing the website with another browser.

3) I forgot my login info.
On the home page click on Forgot Password, enter your email address and we'll send your username and password. Still need help? customerservice@poz4poz.net

4) How do I delete my account?
There are 2 ways to do this:
If you do not have a paid membership then just sign in, go to edit your profile, and click on Delete My Account .
If you are a paid member, then log in to your account. Go to billing, then check Cancel My Account to prevent further billing to your account. Then go into edit my profile and click on Delete My Account.

5) How long does it take for profile approval?
Profiles are approved ever 2-4 hours during business hours 8am-12pm EST.
This also includes any changes made to your profile text.

6) How do I change my password?
Log in to your account, go to Edit My Profile. Then go to your password line, make changes, then click edit.

7) Can I change my location?
Yes! Just go into edit my profile, and choose your new location. Then click Edit. Your location will then be changed.

About Messaging:

1) How do I check my mail?
There is a mailbox indicator button on the top of your screen that will blink and have the number of new messages next to it when you have new mail. Just click on the mailbox button to read.

2) How long is mail saved?
All messages are saved for 15 days before and after reading them.

3) How do I reply to a message?
Open the member's message on the tool bar of the message, click the reply to message button.

4) How do I Delete a message?
Just click the Delete button next to each member's message.

5) How do I send a message?
On the member's profile click the mail button. Then type in the subject section, then hit the TAB in the message field, fill in your content, then hit send.

6) How do I unlock my photos for a member?
You have 2 options: either on the member's profile hit the unlock my photos button or when you're sending or replying to a message check the unlock my photos button.

7) How do I buddy list a member?
Just click Buddy List on the member's profile and this will pull up your buddy.
It will give you the option of putting in some information about the member such as name or contact information, then hit save.

Step 1 content:

1) Account Name?
Your account name is your unique name on Poz4Poz.net. This is how other members will identify and contact you. Be creative.
Your account name must be at least 4 characters in length (letters and or numbers Only) and not more than 12 characters.

2) What if I don't have an email address?
You can get a free email address on the internet.
Two of the most popular are www.hotmail.com , www.yahoo.com .

3) What will be sent to my email address?
If at anytime you forget your password we will use your email address to send you your password.
We may also use your email address to contact you if there is a problem with your account or an important notification of a change that will affect your account or other special events.

Locations are determined first by county then by zip code.

Step 2 content - Creating your profile:

1) What is a headline?
The headline on your profile helps you stand out and helps to attract attention to your profile. The headline is always visible, site-wide. A headline is required, and can be a maximum of 50 characters in length.

2) What does my Profile do?
Your profile helps others identify who you are. It let's the other members know a bit about you: What your looking for, Your likes and dislikes, What hobbies you may have. Your photo and profile helps you and others to compare and match up.

3) What is profile text?
This is where you can let other members know who you are, what you are into and what you are looking for. Be creative, let other members know any interests, hobbies, anything special that you feel will help you stand out. This is how other members will be able to compare interests with each other . Profile text is required, and can be a maximum of 500 characters in length.

4) What can I put in my profile?
We ask that you use your best judgment! We don't want to have to police everyone. You know what is acceptable. Your profile will have to be approved either when creating your new profile or amending your existing one for its content . Approvals are done during operating hours 8am to 12pm EST and may take up to 2-4 hours for approval.

5) What my profile CAN NOT include:
You can find a detailed description of appropriate and inappropriate site behavior in The Terms of Membership, which you have already agreed to. Standards include but are not limited to:

· No reference to children is permitted
· No reference to sex with animals is permitted
· No Escort profile or any references to money exchange are permitted
· No profile may mention the any drug use or other illegal activity
· No Email addresses, Web addresses, Phone numbers.
· No ad may contain disparaging remarks about Poz4Poz.net

Step 3 content:

1) Do I need to upload a photo?
No! That's up to you. Keep in mind that profiles with photos get the quickest responses. You will have the option of uploading up to a total of five images with one being your main Public photo for all to see, and the option of making the other 4 private or public. (only members will be able to view your other 4 images)

2) What kind of photos can I post?

Moving your profile:

1) How do I move my profile to another location?
Just click EDIT Your Profile . There you will find your current location and neighborhood. You can change your location settings you will need to enter the zip code or state and city that you would like your profile to appear in.

Enter your zip/postal code and then Hit the TAB key on your keyboard. Wait for the page to reload. You may need to select your city if more than one city is assigned to your Zip Code. Hit SUBMIT to save your new location.

If you do not know the Zip Code, clear the Zip Code field and hit the TAB key on your keyboard. Wait for the page to reload, and select your State. Wait for the page to reload, and select your city. The Zip Code should now be filled in for you. Hit SUBMIT to save your new location.

2) How are locations determined?
First by county then by zip code.

3) How are profiles sorted on the site?
They are sorted by the most recent member logged in.
